Within New Zealand

Shipping for all items within New Zealand is a flat rate of $10.00
This amount will be applied to your purchase during the PayPal section of the checkout process if you purchase online, or will be itemised on your invoice if you order via email.

Items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days once completed and full payment has been received. Shipping times are estimates and all shipping services are tracked.


Timmy’s jewellery can be shipped all around the world. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please contact us for details and pricing. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to your location are your responsibility.

Items lost or damaged during shipping

Please note that we take very special care with packaging your items and will not assume any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. If your item has not arrived within 10 days of your shipping notification, please contact the shipping company and let us know so we can investigate also.


As these items are made to order, they are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Faulty Items

Goods are defined faulty if they are received damaged, or if a fault occurs that is strictly to do with the manufacturing of the goods. This does not include items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or neglect. Please contact us if you receive a faulty item and would like to send it back to us for repair or replacement.
